OTAs (online travel agencies) can be convenient for booking vacations to Resorts like ours. However, OTAs inflate their prices and don’t provide the customer service experience you deserve if something goes wrong or you have specific questions. OTAs also don’t offer exclusive OWNER/VIP perks, amenities, discounts, or owner rates!

By cutting out the middleman, you can enjoy a vacation just like an Owner—feeling more luxurious and rewarding —without the financial burden of booking through traditional Hotel channels & OTAs.

You're going on a vacation to be pampered, not have to wait on yourself, get your own drinks, and go all over town for the amenities while having to worry about transportation. 1- FLEXIBLE BOOKING

All-inclusive is never mandatory with us! We will share our Owner discount of 40-60% off (the first benefit of being an Owner's Guest) if you choose to purchase AI after completing the booking. Please reach out to us for details, and our personal concierge at the Resort will assist you.

We can sometimes adjust our confirmed dates to accommodate your needs.

• Owner-side accommodations are in high demand almost year-round.
• We recommend requesting your dates at least 30–60 days in advance to improve availability.
• Once you book, you'll receive a guest certificate at least 7 days before check-in.
• This certificate identifies you as an owner's guest and provides access to all the premium services.
• Rates fluctuate daily, so check back often for current prices.

 

2- BOOKING CONFIRMED DATES

• When booking a confirmed date, the reservation is already secured and awaiting your claim to enjoy.

 

• Just enter the exact dates from the listing title into the ‘Arrival & Departure’ fields, fill out your information, and then click ‘Book a Confirmed Date.’ Follow the instructions provided, and you’ll be heading toward the sandy shores; these dates are 100% confirmed and ready for you.

• You will then receive a ‘Guest Certificate’ well before your 7-day check-in, designating you as an Owner’s Guest and granting access to your exclusive pampering.

 

3- BOOKING REQUESTS- DATES NOT YET CONFIRMED

• The Owner side of these Resorts is in high demand year-round, so we recommend submitting requests 30–60 days in advance to increase your chances of securing your dates.

 

• When requesting a date, please use the INQUIRE-REQUEST form with the Resort & Room details and a little contact information, including at least 2 alternative dates in the comments/questions area, along with your preferred bed setup (King or two doubles/queens). Allow a few hours for us to CONFIRM your dates, and you’ll be on your way to those sandy shores. 

 

• Once we have your confirmed booking date, you will receive a ‘Guest Certificate’ well before your 7-day check-in, identifying you as an Owner’s Guest and granting access to your exclusive pampering.

 

• SOME BOOKINGS CAN ONLY BE MADE FOR THE CONFIRMED DATES LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION (the guaranteed choice). Just enter those CONFIRMED DATES in the calendar and proceed. Any other dates desired, or if no confirmed dates are listed, are considered a "REQUEST DATE." The site may allow you to book a "REQUEST DATE" listing and even send you an auto response, but it is NOT CONFIRMED and will not be charged to you until we call the Resort as Owners to check availability, since this can change daily. Please note that VTE reserves the right to cancel any booking that is a REQUEST without first confirming with the Resort, which may delay the booking.
